On November 30th and December 1st 2017, the Slush, a conference that aims to facilitate founder and investor meetings and to build a world-wide startup community, will take place in Helsinki, Finland.
media:net, the network behind BerlinBalticNordic.net, offers companies from the capital region of Germany the opportunity to present themselves and get to know entrepreneurship culture in the North. The Berlin booth will be a lounge which can be used by the registered companies. Branding on screen and other tools will give the startups and companies visibility at the conference.
Fees for Berlin-Brandenburg based companies:
- Startups 750,- € plus 19% VAT
- VCs/companies/Accelerators/Incubators 1.000,- € plus 19% VAT
(incl. accredidation and access to the Slush matchmaking tool)
media:net berlinbrandenburg offers the following services:
Common booth:
- Booth with 50m² in a good location
- Free usage of all the common areas
- Up to 15 companies as co-exhibitors
- Small catering for partners and guests
Organisation:
- Project management by media:net
- Coordination of co-exhibitors
- Support at the exposition
- Organisation of common booth including setup of booth and arrangements with the event organisers
- Travel expenses have to be paid by the exhibitor itself
- 1 ticket per company with access to the Slush matchmaking tool is included
- Beyond that every ticket has to be bought by the exhibitor itself
Programme
- BerlinBalticNordic.net hosts an Investors’ Dinner on November 30. Participation is not included – a separate application therefor is required
